Pâté

Workshop at Agile 2021 in the morning. It went well, but was poorly attended - this is really a conference for coaches rather than engineers.

In the evening I make pâté - three kilos of it. I use a simple recipe - onion, garlic, butter, cream, brandy, and pig’s liver. I seal most of the produce in small containers for the freezer.

I’ll give one of these butter sealed dishes to Ivan. The other is for me and whoever. It turns out that the French Wwoofers aren’t fond of it - perhaps because it comes from animals they fed. All the more for me :)
