Beat the Heat

TUESDAY

I went out for a run down to the canal at 06:45 this morning in an attempt to beat the heat. I didn't manage it as the temperature was approaching 19ºC as I started the steep uphill climb through North Dean Woods from Copley Village.

Worked from home for the rest of the day. It was too hot.

Cooked a Katsu curry for dinner.
