Bridge over the River Wye

Out with family for a walk from Bakewell.

This bridge has been completely festooned with padlocks, one of a couple of footbridges in the town.  In fact there is so little space on this bridge that a few padlocks now decorate the other bridge.

A great walk to Over Haddon, Lathkil Dale and retiring via Haddon Hall.  The only issue was a completely overgrown section of footpath.  It caused us to try an alternate route in the neighbouring field.

We ended the day with a meal in a local pub.  All in all a great day.
