monkey business...

out walking this afternoon and came upon a few monkeys having fun!

Can't believe I have been blipping for 8 years!  Its quite something to be a part of such an amazing community of people, some who have been virtual friends for all of those 8 years!  Thank you for your comments and friendship through good times and bad!

This has been a tough few days.  A close colleague I worked with in Malawi has received the news that he has cancer.  He had an appointment with the specialist yesterday and after waiting for 7 hours in the cold, he did not turn up.  He has another appointment tomorrow...I am praying that he will have more success and that hopefully the cancer can be treated...and that treatment is available in Malawi!  So many ifs...
