Can't decide...

...which is blacker - the banana or the banana bread (which I left in the oven a bit too long).

Good work day.  Managed to finish by 5:30pm - unheard of! - so decided to make use of a couple of our very over-ripe bananas.  I'm really not a baker - I'd read that it was OK to use a ceramic dish instead of a baking tin but that you should add on an extra five minutes - so I did that, but totally forgot that I'd cut the quantities by a third and so should probably give it a bit less time.  Ah well, it still tastes good if you cut the top off!
