Large white butterfly

A day of mixed weather, we have had some rain, some sun and some cloud.  I went out with my husband to a couple of shops where he was looking at walking clothes and boots.  We visited Darts Farm on our return doing some more clothes shopping and then went for a walk in the area of the bird hide.  It was very overgrown, by design with a few mown pathways and we spotted several butterflies including this Large White, a Gatekeeper and a Meadow Brown, there were also some pink / purple waterlilies growing.

After lunch I managed to get out to the allotment to pick a large quantity of rhubarb before it started to rain.  In the evening I went to the step class which is so aerobic and very enjoyable as there are a lot of dance routines included.
