Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum! Or in this case, yo ho ho and a half of cider!

Met up with my book group friends at a local pub for a couple of hours this afternoon to review our latest read, Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. We all loved the book, J even brought along her parrot, Captain Flint!

Then home to deal with the District Nurse, chase missing meds etc, etc. A blustery day of sunshine and torrential downpours. Luckily we were sitting under a very large umbrella and managed to stay dry!
