Day 76 of 365 - Standing near the Window!

Welcome to day 76 of 365 (this is the finished image after editing).

The original photo was taken today at St. Mary's Guildhall in Coventry. It is of the Lady Godiva sculpture made in about 1850 by William Calder Marshall. The sculpture stands near to the Oriel window of the Great Hall. St. Mary's is considered to be the finest medieval guildhall in the country. It was built around 1340 and has played host to many noted guild members such as, Kings Henry V, VI and VII of England. Dick Whittington who went on to become the famous Mayor of London was also another guild member.

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken using the the iPhone camera App Huemore. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.

First of all I used Snapseed to edit the image, I did this by adjusting the contrast, saturation, ambiance and the local brightness of the sculpture. I then used the details effect of the app to help boost the view of the whole picture. Finally I finished off the picture using the App TangledFX to boost the overall image colour.
