Flower Friday....Lysimachia

Or otherwise known as fringed loosestrife 'Firecracker'.......I really like the delicate yellow, star shaped flowers contrasting against the  purple bronze leaves. Rather beaten down today with the stormy weather we are currently experiencing.....thanks to Bikerbear for hosting :)
Managed to avoid the worst of the rain going to and returning from my excercise class which was good as it was so much cooler. A quick shop and home.  Emailed the solicitor lunchtime asking for an update, but no reply...very disheartening. Currently reading the book group book 'Autumn' which I am struggling with, not my sort of thing at all !
