This little rose is hanging in there and producing one or two brave blooms at a time.

Errands and writing and a yummy curry chicken salad for dinner. I. entertained us with stories from her summer job at Panera. D. got the internship at the political campaign, yay! and as it doesn’t start until the end of August will pick up some summer hours at Panera as well. W. cracked us up with a very funny and apt pun on one of my character’s names. I. and I wrapped up the day watching a very good episode of Endeavour.
