Chick report

Not yet a month old and already showing signs of gawky adolescence with longer legs and coarser plumage. I can't yet tell whether they are Dorking or Maran breed (my friend gave me three eggs of each.) 

I do think that Tivoli was correct in her prediction that one is a cock. The chick on the right has clear signs of developing wattles and a comb. It may soon be practising to crow.
