Forgot re a blip

I never thought to take a photo for a blip when out and about today as I didn't go walking. Snapped this just for something to post! I can't recall where I got it.
Seen a few facebook posts re empty shelves in supermarkets. I had no problems in Tesco yesterday but apparently Asda was dire today.
They tell people not to panic buy but when they see empty shelves lots of people will go to a different supermarket and panic buy certain items.
