Litter Pick

A community litter pick this morning. Here is the wheelbarrow with pickers, gloves, hiviz tabards, black bags, sharps boxes and all the other requirements for safely clearing the streets of rubbish. In fact the streets aren't too bad but the area we decided to do was very productive. The rubbish secreted in brambles and bits of neglected/unloved ground was grim. It isn't uplifting to find but it helps to clear it up.


I'm enjoying a quiet weekend before a very busy week which includes - sharp intake of breath - a friend coming to visit and stay overnight. Wow!
