Duck bundle

Had a gentle walk up to the pond with Tim this morning - the first exercise he's had in quite a while.  He didn't feel brilliant, but not too bad.  And we got to see a whole lot of cuteness!

Had another pretty chilled day, but I did do a bit of cleaning in the kitchen, and had a nice catch up with my Mum on the phone, too.  We watched the BMX freestyle on iPlayer when we got back from our walk - so good, and definitely my favourite Olympics event so far!
