Roman in Rotterdam

Got to a 2nd hand shop in Rotterdam where this 2nd hand Roman soldier stands guard. He's catching a bit of sunshine on his body, what's a marvel, coz a little earlier it poured out buckets of rain, what was like an endless pounding on its roof.
