A sorting out kind of day

Today was a day for doing the washing, and claiming for broken baggage. 

Our new washing machine seems to work well, and I got about five loads done. Now I've just a few towels and a throw to wash.

And that was basically my day. No one felt like a walk to the duck pond and working on German is harder when the internet randomly goes down. 

The day ended with pasta and red wine, so not a bad day although a strange one.
