A building project will always suffer hiccups, and I was prepared for that.  We do seem to have suffered a bigger issue than I had hoped for, as the different trades discuss who should do what first - and Covid gets the blame for the extended delay to the delivery of the fridge/freezer we ordered.  As a result we are not expecting to see much visible progress on the new kitchen for a couple of weeks.

We will continue to do the washing up in the garden.
