Jersey Tiger Moth

Another sunny start to the day, so that helped lure me out for a wander to the local Downs to see what I could see! And I wasn't disappointed as I got to see this wonderful moth for the first time! Well worth getting lost down a track I don't normally go down! Also spotted a lovely Wall Brown, a Brown Argus, some Peacocks and squillions more Gatekeepers!

Very few people around again today which always makes a walk more enjoyable, as did plenty of benches to rest on!  And it's that good time of year when there are blackberries to munch on as you wander!! A lovely bonus!
