Passing By

Heavy skies and distant thunder rumbling away foretold the arrival of a storm front. It was eerily calm and the few boats remaining out on the lake left one by one. I heard the phutt-phutt of their engine before the fishermen passed by, they didn't seem hurried, perhaps more experienced of such events than I.

I checked my app. The radar showed thunderstorms approaching. But before now they have passed us by, so who knows. I thought I could carry on photographing a while longer.

I was busy with some water lilies when they came into view and fired off a shot anyway. Three guys, putting the world to rights, out fishing.
