Kitchen Happenings

This morning the forester made lemon Curd.  I am becoming just a supervisor in the kitchen :-)  This afternoon we had afternoon tea with our neighbours who have the hens and the bees.  A lovely thing to do on a wet and cold afternoon.  We have hatched a plan to go south to Lake Rotoiti while there is still snow about.
