Brunch

The forester is back home after a month away house sitting.  He was feeding the owners hens and they lay prolifically and he collected up to 11 eggs a day from 16 hens.  He learnt from You Tube how to poach an egg like in a cafe where the whites stay together and don't spread.  We didn't have hollandaise sauce.  I suppose I can make some now with the eggs he brought home.  Probably won't happen.  It was a treat to have someone cook for me.
