Eggs-travaganza!

As I was tired this evening, I decided to go for something quick to make for dinner. I needed to use up some eggs, and I had 3 left. So after cracking open the 3 eggs, I have ended up with 5 yolks, resulting in lots of lovely dippy fried eggs to have with some chips! :-D

And they were all delicious!
