Aspen

To the west of Laramie lies the Snowy Range and to the east lies the Laramie Range. Today I went hiking to the east. There is a recreational area with hiking and biking trails throughout the forest, high meadows and beaver ponds. It is truly one of my favorite areas. I have a couple favorite hikes I do when I'm home. Today I saw a moose down by one of the beaver ponds which was thrilling. 
The second area i went to today is home to my beloved Aspen grove. It feels like a temple when I'm there. I love to stand and just look up. That is my main blip today. The extra is a wider shot of the grove.
