Resting in the road

I thought at first he might be security for the car, but he got up and wandered away not long after I took this. A change from dogs in cars!
Apparently the owner of the car is obeying the water restrictions outlined in the extra. Plenty of dirty vehicles around here these days!
We have a well, so we're always careful with using water.
