Old friends

Met up today with friends from long ago. These ladies, apart from me, are all widows of close friends from N’s teenage years, and we have been friends ever since, with our families, growing up together. It was a really happy lunch with lots of memories. We lined up afterwards and N, the only man in the party, took our photograph.
