Sorry no food

Back into the normal Tuesday routine of a walk then the pub, only the pub phoned to say sorry they had no food.  Actually they had no chef.  This seems to be a very serious post Covid and post Brexit problem in the hospitality industry - a big shortage of trained staff.  We got take-aways and sat in one of our friend's garden in the sun.  I  feel sorry for the pubs trying to get back on their feet.
