Up market and down stream

This morning, after our teacher's  three week break,  we attended a ukulele class where there were 35 of us. It was great to be part of a group playing and singing again. 
We cycled into town for the class, held at the  rugby club close to the  river Itchen. This photo shows one of the many  little streams which flow into the river.    
Today the BBC news said Winchester was officially the least affordable town or city  in which  to buy a house.  Prices may have risen due to people living  in London wanting to move out to more  rural settings. Winchester may be affordable  for them, but it is not good news for anyone local trying to get on the  housing  ladder here.
