Scoots, Shoots & Leaves

Vernal Equinox

I try to avoid posting "just another pretty flower" kinds of photos, unless I can get down inside for a good macro or find something unusual about it. But these primroses with big raindrops on them just sang to me this morning! And it is the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere, so I gave in.

It's a wild day, weather-wise. Right now I see blue sky and big fluffy bright-white clouds; a few minutes ago we had what we call a gully-washer. It's been doing this all day. Liza and I managed to find a brief window of clear so we could scoot around the 'hood. We both needed it.

Happy Spring to those above the equator; and those down under, Happy Autumn! Today we are in balance!
