Bowmore

Most of the views of one of my favourite places - Bowmore on  Islay - are taken looking up from the harbour ( which features in that classic film “The Maggie” ) towards the very distinctive round Kirk which dominates the town .

This is taken from the front door of that Kirk and reverses the view , looking down to Loch Indaal and across to the Rinns.  

It was just a bonus that when I got there the sun came out.
