Moorhen House Move!

The moorhen family featured in my blip of 10 days ago

 have moved house! 

From a nest built a couple of feet off the water amongst the reeds at the end of Inverleith Pond, they are now living in a new nest they have just built - but this time it’s on the water (see extra photo). Its on roughly the same spot as the one they had in June, before they ‘moved to the hills’!

And there are now three chicks!
