On A Sticky Wicket

Not much time for snaps today. I was taking images of this male speckled bush cricket and wondered why it didn't hop away. I then noticed that the poor thing has lost one of its hind legs. When I picked it up to move it to a safer position it landed on my assistant, Ollie dog.
