You need great skill to run down a hill with a woefully varied tarmac surface whilst texting your mate.

Unfortunately I don’t have that skill

I heard a crack and thought I’d broken my ankle (on the other leg) but thankfully I’m ok. Think a bruise is coming up on this leg though.
