AJ visit

Hubby up early and out fir a cycle. I took the dogs for a walk fir just under an hour (lots of tgat was sniffing), then home and gave them their breakfast before going out on my bike. Only out just under half an hour, nut as I haven’t been out for a while thought I’d start small :)

This afternoon, visit to AJ, lovely day so she wanted to take us around the garden to show off their efforts (although she has been a resident since December 2019, with Covid we haven’t seen the “gardens”). AJ well, she has been given some regular night sedation, which is effective and therefore a good nights sleep makes for a good day :)

Had a wonderful parcel from Heartfreek today (sorry they are gifts so can’t show), they are beautiful and so well made - thank you X
