Centennial celebration

Our hometown’s 100th birthday was celebrated this weekend. There was much happening in various venues: a parade, a running race, food, music, vendors, games.
We watched grandson Gage run, grandson Jax with the dance team perform ( the blip), looked at old cars, listened to big band music, read about local history, and kept running into people we knew. It’s good to live in a small town. Happy Birthday Scappoose!
