Seafood delight

Been a lovely warm/hot day today. If this is winter I can’t even imagine what summer is going to be like.

The boys wanted to have a seafood fest for dinner tonight and we found a superb seafood shop not far from Martin’s office.

I got to meet some of his colleagues today, which was nice.

This is the dinner that the boys cooked up tonight. Too much béchamel (it was bought that way) on the lobster, but otherwise it was all just amazing! A pescatarian’s delight for sure! I was very proud of what they’d put together. Oh and they made yummy smoked trout starters as well.
