If Carlsberg made bar men...

Marcus' finger (see yesterday) really needed looking at and as it turns out, some antibiotics. We had planned on having lunch in Glasgow followed by a stroll around the West End but his appointment wasn't until 4pm so we popped in to our local for a bite to eat beforehand which is where I snapped this, it's technically a crap shot but i'm glad I have a blip of this chap, Derek.

This picture captures him perfectly, he is THE best bar man ever. He's always happy and always willing to share his new found knowledge on whatever animal was featured in what he was watching on the Discovery Channel the night before :)

We did eventually make it into Ashton Lane where I supped on Cosmopolitans and French Martinis and Marcus favoured Black Jacks and Caipirinhas. It was a great night.
