Packed First Day

We shopped in Inverness for fresh food, then dropped MrsCyclops off for a night in Inverness before she got the train home.

CyclopsJnr and I listened to the rest of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets audiobook as we headed North - he LOVED the end - so exciting.

It was sunny when we arrived and walked over to the house, and we set up then had a game of Junior Monopoly while we waited out a thundery shower.  Once the sun was back out, we did another trip to collect more fun stuff from the car, then headed for the beach to have a little paddle and make some sandcastles.

We finished the day with dinner, with strawberries for dessert!
