Asian Short-Clawed Otters

Having no specific plans for the morning I decided to head up to Calderglen Park in East Kilbride. It’s a very popular place with families so best avoided at weekends and during the holidays.

Today was a day for toddlers to enjoy the play park and the wee zoo without too many crowds about.

It’s been a while since I had a wander round the gardens and the zoo and I don’t remember seeing the otters before ….. guess they are a recent addition …. such cute wee faces.
