Cluck cluck cluck

Tom and Grete have 4 beautiful chickens who gifted us 3 eggs on our arrival!  Breakfast sorted tomorrow then.
They look to me like Rhode Island Reds, are so cute and friendly....we've had fun watching them in the garden when we let them out and even been allowed to stroke them - but by gum I've forgotten how mucky they can be! Have to watch the putting down of the foot all the time... but I'll forgive them if they keep giving these wonderful fresh eggs.
Settling in to the house, shopping done and the G&T poured and enjoyed.
