Geronimo

Early morning I took a trip to Arley. I took lots of photos in the gardens, which were very quiet, but have chosen this internal shot. For the first time for goodness knows how long the chapel was open. No one else around . The first time I have been inside an old church - which I enjoy - since pre-March 2020. These flowers will have been picked from the gardens, which are a feast for the eyes at the moment.

The fields around the gardens are busy. Lots of structures put up and going up, and lots of associated sounds.They are preparing for the Geronimo Festival, which is described as a children’s Glastonbury, and the largest “family” festival in the UK. Unfortunately, judging by the forecast, they may also get Glastonbury weather this weekend.
