Cebularze

MR, who is staying with us, made these cebularze - an originally Jewish speciality from Lublin. These had to be gluten free for me to be able to eat them and D engineered a suitable flour mix, which indeed did the trick. They were quite delicious. I recommend them.

We went to N's 40th down the hill. There was lots of food, which was only matched in quantity by vodka. I was not quite abstinent. There was also plenty of rain but it didn't matter since there was the shelter of the roof of EG's summer kitchen in delightful company. The internet was not working when we came back.

Sorry about yesterday's blip. I'm afraid border guards are pushing refugees back across the border and it is quite upsetting to realise that it is happening only a couple of miles away.
