Out out!

My day started with the housework, that done I had a quick shower and was ready to go out … out.  We got the train and went to London to a Hawksmoor restaurant near Covent Garden.  

The train was fine, not too busy but we did notice that most people had stopped wearing a mask.  The restaurant was quite busy and soooo loud but we did tune it out after a while.  Champagne to start and dinner was steak with a glass of red wine and very nice.

After we walked back to London Bridge and took a few snaps on the way.  See extras.  It had been raining but we just about managed to stay dry.

Back home and the cats were okay.  Claude had been unwell again overnight but managed to get out the house just as we were leaving, so he had a nice time running around outside for quite a few hours.
