Winding On

Took some tea sets and books to Eileen (our only English friend in these parts) for the bazaar for the British cemetery. She was winding bobbins for the traditional local weaving that she sells in Monsaraz; they have a two month waiting list for the rugs. Wanted us to watch the sunset and moonrise with her and her daughter, but we were already committed to the expat dinner at Sem Fim, shame.

Extra of the moon on the Lake on our way back.

Church this morning, but we didn't go onto the Adega, even more cases in town; will this ever end??

Gratefuls:
- you Blippers for all your lovely comments on my journal yesterday
- the beauty of the full moon
- animated chat with Dutch and Swedish friends at Sem Fim
