Scraggy Crow!

It's a terrible photo, looked ok on the phone screen at the time and the only photo I took today.
I think this is a young Crow. It let me get quite close but I did, probably unnecessarily, zoom a little which affected the quality.
Around the neck is the 'scraggy' part and there were a few more crows around the same area, another one that looked the same and a couple of non-scraggy ones which must have been the Mum and Dad.
