Blue skies in the afternoon...

The sun eventually came out at the end of a full and lovely day with a friend and ex colleague from my castle school. Here at Horseguards parade, the sky and shadows needed a photo.

I’d bought tickets for an open top bus tour and it was brilliant and lasted almost two hours taking us to many key spots. After the tour and lunch, we ambled through St James’s Park to Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross.

A good day and much more to it than I’ve recorded here. Where to begin really, and what to choose! Lots of good catching up and we set a date for our next meet.
