Oh so sweet!

Grey and overcast all day with almost no wind and a temperature that made working in the garden very comfortable. I have almost finished clearing the turf pile and reclaiming the bed from the debris of the greenhouse construction (at last!) Just a little more to finish off tomorrow. Also pruned the plum tree that has a lot of fruit but has been badly effected by black fly.
I have been reading 'How to stay sane in an age of division' by Elif Shafak, which can best described as a long essay. It is an excellent analysis of the current situation in the western world, raising many questions for us all. In my view it should be compulsory reading for all politicians so that they can be repeatedly challenged on every issue every time they ignore the perspective and experiences of us as citizens.
