Late summer

From my back bedroom window I can see this huge bank of trees, which changes colour and shape almost every day. The sunlight this evening was sublime, shining over our terrace and straight on to them, creating this spectacular burst of colour against a cloudy sky. The biggest tree in the centre is the relatively scarce black poplar.

The focus is off but I don’t mind it, I like the impression of colour.
