Time to rock your world...

As I was headed home, I stopped to stretch my legs. At this rest area was a grandma and granddaughter with a display of painted rocks asking for donations. Most of the paintings were a bit odd to me but you can never go wrong with a lovely heart.

I figured I would put this rock where the kingpin hooks to the truck on the fifth wheel - as something different. I find it fascinating that a round piece of steel that can lock onto this fifth wheel and pull a trailer that's 60,000 pounds. This by the way is a standard semi truck fifth wheel. When I did heavy haul, that fifth wheel was set up for a 140,000 pound combination (I never pulled more than 105,500 though). Theydo make them for even more severe conditions then that too..
