Up The Villa

I've never seen Chedworth Roman Villa so busy as it was today. We couldn't get in the small main car park so tried the overflow car park which was even worse. We tried the main one again before we gave up and luckily a free space had appeared. It doesn't look too busy in the blip, but it's normally much quieter than this. Rory managed to get into the frame, bottom left.

The extras show some of the mosaic floor on display, and a small copper-alloy figurine of a deity, on show in the museum but probably not actually found at Chedworth.

Nearly time to start recycling my extras.

In other news I won at Scrabble this afternoon. Mrsfb knows all the two letter words :-)

Later this evening grandson Joe will arrive, with our SIL. It's going to get even noisier.
