Just another colorful beauty...

Been a nice day of nothingness.. I will have to say the birds are getting a bit more daring though.. There has always been one Junco that checked out between the sliding door and the screen - for something that might have gotten stuck there - this time though he came about 2 feet inside, looked around and then flew out. The other Junco hopped into the living room - and I got worried it might get scared and fly somewhere it would be hard for him to fly out - well it was very happy picking up a few crumbs on the floor that hadn't been swept up yet. Poor thing kept almost doing the splits as there is nothing to grab a hold of on a hardwood floor. As I reached for the camera, it flew back safely outside.

Going to add some more water to the birdbath..  They are nearly empty again...
